POLICE REPORT #13-169-1400 June 18, 2013 in Bowie Maryland USSC DOCKET #12-8623 Feb 8, 2013 United States Supreme Court My name is Sony Roy a U.S. Supreme Court docketed petitioner, Native of Haiti who came to the U.S with a dream to build the first Castle City in the world, for America upon experience and acquisition of funds. I was attracted to the U.S. because of the *1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT that makes America a non-segregated Country and its TITLE SIX which forbids any federally funded agency to practice RACIAL SEGREGATION concurrenty. The promise was made to all people. Now, after working Hard for 25 years*I decided to build a prototype first of seven castles on May 2005 before doing the large production of about 300 castles as proposed. As I was building the prototype of Seven Castles under the title of CHATEAUX DE PARIS, I was illegally stopped due to the Walton County's "UNFORTUNATE CONFUSION." After which, the WALTON COUNTY issued me an ESTOPPEL LETTER to clear me of anywrong doing, and they declared that it would be unjust in writing and they confirmed that I had vested Property rights at the WALTON COUNTY. THEN CAME THE FIRST BOMBSHELL the Walton County RESCINDED THE ESTOPPEL TO MY DETRIMENT. and, They DID a TAKING, deprived me of my rights to own, to build, to live in that area of the U.S. and, I lost 15MM worth of appraised properties, I lost affection with my wife of 33 years, I have been living since then with severe mental anguish. BOMBSHELL #2 the two Federal Judges stated that "I own Property in an area that "HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED" If The State of Florida is segregated and I believe it is, according to six proofs including the forced resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners who was found with a racial slur in his e-mail in 2012. That racial bleeding is just a major confirmation of the racial condition of that State. The Lower courts supported the WALTON COUNTY prompted the Distrct Court to demand that I pay attorney's cost to those who hurt me of about $10,541.00 and this year 2013, the court once more demended that I pay about $236,000.00 as attorney fees to those who hurt me. When I loked that up, it says such happens n the case of INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE. If the State of Florida is segregated, why should the tax dollars of minorities and all other citizens support it? This what I found §2000d-7. Civil rights remedies equalization (a) General provision (1) A State shall not be immune under the Eleventh Amendment of the Constitution of the United States from suit in Federal court for a violation of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 [29 U.S.C. 794], title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 [20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.], the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 [42 U.S.C. 6101 et seq.], title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 [42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq], or the provisions of any other Federal statute prohibiting discrimination by recipients of Federal financial assistance. (2) In a suit against a State for a violation of a statute referred to in paragraph (1), remedies (including remedies both at law and in equity) are available for such a violation to the same extent as such remedies are available for such a violation in the suit against any public or private entity other than a State.
